Our Trainers Level
Experience top-notch training with our team of skilled apprentice, junior, and master trainer.
Each trainer is dedicated to helping you achieve your pilates goals.

Apprentice Trainer
At SEEDS Pilates, we have two Apprentice Trainers currently undergoing their Pilates certification, with 6 months to 1 year of experience. They are a great option for those who want to try Pilates at a more affordable rate while still ensuring a safe and effective workout. Each session is supervised by our Master Trainer and includes regular evaluations to maintain quality and progress.

Junior Trainer
We have four certified Junior Trainers with 2–3 years of experience in Pilates, specializing in minor back pain relief, calorie burning, and overall fitness.
With professional certification and a strong foundation in Pilates, they are ready to guide you through private, duet, and group classes tailored to your needs.

Master Trainer
Our Master Trainer & Founder at SEEDS Pilates has 12+ years of experience in Pilates rehab, specializing in scoliosis, back pain, and other pain-related issues. With a deep understanding of movement and rehabilitation, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve a stronger, pain-free body. She offer private, duet, and semi-private & group classes tailored to your unique needs.
Holistic Wellness Program
The Founder
Our founder, Tina O. Sulistio MSc. - a certified Pilates instructor whose training focus is on rehabilitation movements, will guide clients towards achieving their fitness goal, whether it be for weight loss or to recuperate from injury. Her undergraduate degree in Nutrition, from her time in Oregon and a graduate degree in Genetics from Germany provided her with extensive knowledge in human anatomy and health. With the changes that she has caused in her clients, they have been loyal to her for many years. She also ensures that her team in Seeds Pilates is well equipped to guide clients in achieving a good life.

FAQ

Is it a full pilates studio?
Yes, we do offer classes that use full range studio equipment, start from reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, MOTR, etc.

What trainers are available?
In our studio there are 3 types of trainers. Master trainers who have more than 12 years of experience and have pilates rehab certification. Junior trainers, who have had certification for 2-3 years. And apprentices, trainee trainers who are taking pilates certification

What if i'm a beginner?
All of our private classes are designed to meet your goals even if you've never try pilates before. If you interested in taking our group class, you can start with our mindful group class first then take HIIT group class gradually

What is the schedule for group classes and private classes at Seeds?
For group classes, you can choose from our regular group class schedule. While for private, you can request the day and time, then we will schedule it with our available trainers.

What's the difference between
Mindful & HIIT group class?
Mindful is a slower & more relaxed group class, with the aim of mind & body awareness. While HIIT is group class that combined pilates with cardio, and has high intense movements.

What benefits can I get after joining Pilates?
Pilates offers numerous benefits, including improved core strength, better posture, and reduced back pain. It enhances flexibility, balance, and coordination through controlled and precise movements.
